WELCOME TO SKIBAY
PURPOSE
To allow Charlotte Ski Bees club members the ability to buy and sell used sport's equipment, clothing, real estate sales/rentals, services, and just about anything else.
TERM AND CONDITIONS

The Charlotte Ski Bees is offering SKIBAY as a service to its members and interested parties.

ONLY members in good standing of the Charlotte Ski Bees may submit an item to be posted.

Anyone may view, negotiate and purchase any item.

There is no cost to either buy or sell or trade an item.

Non-skiing items are allowed.

You may submit a post for items WANTED.

The item(s) will be posted for 90 days or until the items is sold.

All communications and transactions about items are between the buyer and seller. The Charlotte Ski Bees will have no part in any transaction other than listing the item and associated info.

The Charlotte Ski Bees or its Webmaster is not responsible for either the condition or payment of items listed on our website.

The Charlotte Ski Bees reserves the right to refuse to post any item that the Executive Committee determines is in conflict with any Charlotte Ski Bees By Laws or policies.

Inappropriate items will not be posted.

By submitting an item, you are agreeing to abide by these rules.

Abuse of these rules may result in suspension or expulsion from the club.

The Charlotte Ski Bees reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions" at any time.
NOTE TO SELLERS
Please send an email to the Charlotte Ski Bees Webmaster ( B.gabriel2010 @ Gmail.com ) after your item has been sold. This will prevent you from being contacted by buyers and will allow the Webmaster to remove your item from the site. The Charlotte Ski Bees Webmaster ( B.gabriel2010 @ Gmail.com ) will post the item as soon as possible (Please allow a few days for your item to be posted). The item(s) will be posted for 90 days or until the items is sold. If you would like the item to continue to be listed after the 90 days, send an email requesting an additional 30 days. NOTE TO BUYERS

HOW TO SUBMIT AN ITEM

Your email should INCLUDE (1) a brief text description of your item for sale, (where appropriate) (2) sizes, (3) colors, (4) approximate age of item, (5) what is included or not included, (6) accurate rating of condition (new, excellent, good, fair or poor), (7) your asking price and (8) seller's contact information (name, email address, and/or telephone number).

Golf/Tennis/Beach Vacation for 4 people at Waterside by Spinnaker in Hilton Head, SC. This is a great price (at $250. per person).
Sleeps 6 total.
