February 5-12, 2011 - Charlotte Ski Bees Club Trip to Park City, UT
Hi, Ski Bees, we now have the complete information and trip applications available for the Ski Bees Club trip scheduled for Park City, February 5-12, 2011. We have 82 spaces available and we anticipate they will fill very quickly so if you’re interested, we recommend you sign up early.
LAND PACKAGE COST:
7 nights in Snowflower 2 bedroom/2 bath condo, club events, ground transportation and 3-day Park City Lift Ticket - $990.00
TRIP INSURANCE:
We have information on travel insurance which is being offered through Sports America Tours and Travel Insured International. Although travel insurance is optional, we highly recommend it. Although hopefully participants will never have to use the travel insurance, unexpected events can sometimes occur, and the cost of the insurance is minimal compared to possibly losing all of the cost of a trip. AIRFARE:
We have included group air information on the trip application and the Sports America air schedule is below, but are recommending that interested participants look into booking individual air if possible. Airfare is approximately $300 range with great schedules. As of June 2010, many people have already booked their own airfare.
GROUP AIRFARE:
Roundtrip airfare from Charlote (CLT) to Salt Lake City (SLC)
There are TWO flight options at two different prices and two different schedules. One is on American Airlines and the other is on Continental Airlines. Seats are filled FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
FLIGHT OPTION #1:
40 seats available at $345 each on American Airlines flights from Charlotte to Chicago O'Hare (ORD), then Chicago to Salt Lake City.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION:
To assure that you can be part of the group transfers from Salt Lake City to Park City, it is highly recommended that if you do book your own air, that you try to stay within the timelines of the group air schedules listed on the trip application. We can’t guarantee ground transfers for arrival or departure times that are not within the schedule of arrival and departure times listed on the trip application.
LIFT TICKETS:
The trip cost does include a 3-day lift ticket at Park City with optional days and lift ticket pricing provided for Deer Valley, The Canyons and Alta/Snowbird. Reminder when you’re choosing your lift ticket option to remember that Deer Valley and Alta do not permit snowboarders. However, for the day trip to Alta/Snowbird, Snowbird is Snow board friendly and anyone interested could go to either resort – Alta or Snowbird.
Additional Lift ticket for Park City is $45 per person per day.
Additional Lift ticket for Deer Valley is $65 per person per day.
Additional Lift ticket for The Canyons is $57 per person per day.
Additional Lift ticket and bus for Alta or Snowbird is $74 per person.
